Do you need support, but can’t make it to an in-person appointment? Perhaps you are a busy working professional or a student who also has a job who doesn’t have time to drive across town for a session? Or maybe you just prefer to do things virtually?
If so, I can help you through virtual therapy, or telehealth. Telehealth allows me to provide counseling or psychotherapy to my clients via live video conferencing. Of course, during the ongoing global pandemic all of my therapeutic services are currently being provided through telehealth utilizing either Zoom or Skype platforms. This can be done anywhere you have a computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone, and is surprisingly easy to set up. While initially skeptical about telehealth sessions, I and my clients have actually found them to be quite effective, surprisingly intimate, and very convenient, as you can engage from the safety and comfort of your own home. Whenever the pandemic eventually subsides, we can discuss moving your sessions to in-person, keeping them primarily through telehealth, or perhaps some combination of in-person and telehealth.
The telehealth solution allows you to schedule an appointment directly online and have the entire therapy session take place digitally. To learn more and get started with therapy virtually, please contact me today.
